Why streaming/pay per minute?

- Watch what you want when you want for as long as you like - this way you can control what you spend on porn each month
- Try before you buy - you can jump around from film to film and scene to scene so you can check films out before you either buy the DVD or stream all the movie
- Pricing is varied across the site - we have films as low as 5 cents per minute. As DVD sales decline studios are having to look to streaming to survive and this means that we have to price films up so that studios can continue to make films. That said we offer price deals and re billing packs that try to maintain the balance between quality, studio revenue and customer value for money
- Regular updates - we currently add 20 films per week to the system and as we sign up more studios this will grow and grow.

What if I want to change my information?
For any changes to your information, to get your password resent to you, or to check the status of your account, go to "My Account".
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and bank transfer (Germany and Netherlands only). We will be adding new payment methods in the near future.
How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
The name that will appear on your credit card statement is "Plumbago".
Will you store details of my credit card?
Credit card details are stored on the secure servers of our payment processor, for a period of 6 months, solely for the purposes of issuing returns when necessary. For security purposes you will need to enter your credit card details each time you buy credit on Fitlads TV.
Are my credit transactions safe?
Yes. We can assure you that all your details are stored securely on the secure servers of our credit card processor and will never be passed on to any other parties.
Why is my credit card being declined?
We use PlugNPay to process all financial transactions and as such do not possess access to the specifics that caused your transaction to decline. We therefore recommend that you either contact your financial institution for an explanation or try an alternative form of payment.
I get no picture and sound, what must I do?
